A&L Furnishings Ltd has been manufacturing contract furniture since September 2013. 80% of our furniture is manufactured in our 25,000 square foot factories in Leyland, Lancashire. We currently supply contract furniture country-wide, mainly in a raw form direct to the trade but a polishing and upholstery service is also available.

In addition to tables, chairs, and stools we also manufacture high quality sofa frames made for the contract market. We specialise in the manufacture & supply of wooden furniture and components for contract use in the leisure industry which includes: pub/bar and club furniture, hotel and restaurant furniture and providing first class products to the nursing and retirement sector.

We manufacture contract furniture using only the finest hard and softwoods including beech, ash, and oak. We also use iroko for our external/garden furniture and smoking shelters, ensuring top quality products.

All furniture can be manufactured to each customers’ unique specification or to a sample frame. No matter how big or small your order, we will manufacture bespoke to your needs.

Lead times for bespoke furniture typically range from eight to twelve weeks depending on the design complexity, availability of materials and current production schedule. We provide a clear timeline during the quoting process and keep you informed throughout to ensure your order is delivered on time.

Yes, we can usually match your existing colour or finish if you provide us with a physical sample or reference. We use a wide range of finishes and stains and are happy to create a close match or offer alternatives where an exact match is not possible. Samples can be provided for approval before production begins.

There is no strict minimum order quantity for most products. However, smaller runs or highly specialised items may be subject to a small order surcharge. If you have a specific requirement, we recommend getting in touch so we can confirm what’s possible.
